- You have 5 days to initiate the return or exchange process after receiving your merchandise. PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS & EXCHANGES WILL BE UNDER YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
- IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE ON CLOTHING AND/OR ACCESSORIES, ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED IN ITS ORIGINAL PLACEMENT. ANY ITEM SENT TO OUR FACILITY WITH STAINS (MAKEUP, DEODORANT, ETC.), DAMAGED, WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND A RE-SHIPPING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons ALL of the following items, but not limited to, are FINAL SALE swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and accessories(earrings, and etc).
- Clearance items and selected promotion/sales advertised through social media or our website will be final sale. Orders that exceed our return and exchange time frame (5days) are also final sale.
- Items that are damaged upon arrival to costumers destination are eligible for a return or exchange. PLEASE REVIEW BULLET POINT #2.
